Welcome to Inspect Tenancy. I am Donna, and I'm thrilled to be able to provide you with my specialized services as a self-managing landlord.

Born and bred on Waiheke I am proud to say that I am a true "Local".

I've spent the last ten years of my career managing properties, first a portfolio of holiday homes and subsequently residential tenancies. Through these positions, I have developed a thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act, established productive working relationships with reliable contractors, developed the ability to spot maintenance problems as they occur and develop strategies to address or prevent them as necessary.

In 2023, I discovered that self-managing landlords on Waiheke Island had limited access to services when I took on the task of managing my own investment property. My experience in property management inspired me to establish a business that supports landlords in achieving success in their property management endeavors.
