We contacted Donna Matthes of Inspect Tenancy to manage our home rental when we went overseas for 7 months. We had prior experience with other local property managers over a period of several years, as we had spent half our time overseas, and we had some very bad experiences.

Donna was just so good from the first meeting. Professional, competent, tactful, and pleasant, with a great sense of humor, we knew we could place the care of our home in her hands while we were away.

Donna took the time and discernment in screening applicants to find a tenant for our place who was a good match for what our property had to offer. Unlike other managers who seemed to only screen to find a body who said they would pay the rent.

Donna was very detailed in her inspections of the property character and condition, and noted all pertinent details. Her comprehensive video inspections, notes and photo closeups inside and outside, really helped us, as we were overseas.

When there was work to be done, Donna coordinated that work with service people amazingly well, with tireless communication back and forth on our behalf and to keep us informed.
