"Hi, I’m Donna Matthes, and I am proud to offer bespoke casual services and full property management options tailored for landlords and property owners right here on beautiful Waiheke Island.

As someone born and raised on Waiheke Island, I am proud to call this special place home and even prouder to serve its community. Since 2012, I have built my career in property management, beginning with a portfolio of holiday homes and progressing into long-term residential tenancies. Through this journey, I have developed the knowledge, experience, and practical skills needed to manage properties effectively and professionally.

My experience includes a strong working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, a reliable network of trusted local contractors, and the ability to identify maintenance issues early and resolve them proactively.

I also hold a Level 4 NZQA Residential Property Management qualification, so landlords can rest assured that I am following the correct guidelines with their tenancies, minimising any potential tenancy risks.
