This includes helping us find the best tenants, drafting contracts, collecting rent, scheduling maintenance, and conducting everyday tenancy procedures.

Marketing

Customise

Select a management package that meets your needs. 


Prior to the property's keys being handed over, we will review its ongoing management and create a management plan specifically designed to help minimise any potential issues. 

Inspections

We will perform routine inspections during the tenancy, give a comprehensive move-in inspection at the beginning of your tenant, and present you with a final inspection report at the end of the tenancy. 


Following each inspection, a report will be sent to you. This will enable a landlord to monitor the condition of their property and request any maintenance or follow ups. 

Rent

We'll keep a careful eye on your rent payments and have protocols in place in case an issue arises. 


In addition to receiving monthly and annual reports, landlords will be given the option of two different payment frequencies.

Reviews

In compliance with the RTA and local market data, we will offer an annual rent review. 


We know Waiheke well. You can be sure that for the duration that you work with INSPECT TENANCY, you will receive fair market rent for your investment property.


Maintenance

When it comes to maintaining our properties, we don't like to muck around.


The key is prevention. We will give you a maintenance list to work through after each inspection.


We work alongside excellent local contractors, and should the necessity arise, we can also assist in managing an offshore contractor too.

Disputes

Unfortunately, disagreements can occur in every business. 


Although our aim would be to  settle the dispute quickly and fairly for all parties, we do have processes in place in case we require the support of a tribunal or mediation. 

Legislation

 Property management is predominantly compliance-based, with serious fines for noncompliant landlords.


With our attention to detail, carefully chosen software systems, and regular, up-to-date training, INSPECT TENANCY will lower your risks as a landlord while handling your tenancy-related issues.
